How to Get Product Technical Support

First of all, you need to know your product model number, like ezcap261. Usually you can find out through three parts: back of product, back of giftbox and manual.
Then you can find out the support informations according to the product model number. 

 

You have four ways to get support: The bottom of product link, DOWNLOAD, FAQ and send us mail.

 

The product link and DOWNLOAD link offer you manual, driver, firmware and application software. 
Usually you can find out the product link under the corresponding product category. If cannot, it means that it has been stopped or for OEM only, please go to OTHERS category. 
Please insert the product model number to search to get the support link under DOWNLOAD link. 


FAQ link guides you updating firmware, software settings, and how to solve some problems.

ezcap Warranty Policy

Which products can be covered with our warranty?

The item should be with ezcap brand or with our model number sticker on the back of device or package. 

The item is from our OEM service - our clients make their own brand, not our brand on the package. Our warranty cannot cover the device for you directly.

Please contact with your retailer directly. Of course, maybe you can find out the answers from our website. 


Standard Return Policy

You have 10 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it. 

Only items that have been purchased directly from ezcap can be returned to us. ezcap products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns policy. 

Please ensure that the item you are returing is repackaged in the original packaging, with all the cords, adatpers, accessories, and documentation that were included when you received it.

Returned items must be free of physical damage. 

 

Under Warranty and Out of Warranty

We offer 15 monthes warranty for our product, and the beginning date is based on model number sticker. Actually, we offer 12 monthes warranty time,

but we add 3 monthes for shipment and selling time. ezcap280HB1902XXXXX, it means the production date is in Feb, 2019 year. So, it's under our warraty time until May, 2020 year. 


Under Warranty

- If the defected products do not caused by man-made failure, the repairs and material cost will be covered by Animation.

- If the defected products does caused by man-made failure, the customer will be charged of repairs and material cost.

- If no defects found on the product, customer will cover a labor-testing fee.


Out of Warranty 
- No matter the products are in good condition or defected product, there will be a cost of labor testing fee, and any change of components has to charge on material cost. 

End of Service Policy & Products

End of Service Policy

End of Service means the discontinuation of support for a specific product model. A product model enters the End of Service phase when it is no longer under development, design, or support.

ezcap will no longer provide additional bug fixes or technical support for the aforementioned products.

  2. Analog capture cards: ezcap168/116/156/128/1168/1568/148, ezcap271/272.
  3. Video recorders: ezcap280, 281, 289, 291, 293, 274, 275.
  4. Video capture devices: ezcap287/261(M)/263/265(C)/266/269(A)/301/313/314/323.
  5. Audio products: ezcap240/220/610.
